Least Chipmunk …

… on the Mount Massive Trail. We don’t have these in Switzerland.

Three of us managed the ascent of Mount Massive, the 2nd highest peak in Colorado at 4,398m (extra). On the way up we were passed by Courtney Dauwalter, the top female trail runner in the world out training. She was very friendly and told us we were doing a “great job!” Phew, it was a long way up and down today, 1,250m of ascent at altitudes above 3000m. On the way down we stopped in a boulder field where the tiny Pika were very active (extra 2) but this Least Chipmunk won my heart!
