Football Sunday

A lot of the day was spent watching Liverpool play football. For some reason, there were two matches on the same day – new manager Arne Slot used a whole host of players. Liverpool looked pretty good – beating Sevilla 4-1 in the first game, and then drawing 0-0 with Las Palmas in the second (with essentially the reserve side). Not sure I am ready for the season to start up again…
 
Then, after getting him back from Lucas, it was time to take Ottawacker Jr. out to his football. He too had a double session: goalkeeping first, then a combined teams training session. At the end of the day, we were all knackered. And so had a late meal of leftover schnitzels. Then I chased off a marauding raccoon.
