Harvest Time
A welcome home gift of a beautifully cool day - a high of 32C, but down to 18 in the night, just wonderful!
And the purple fig tree with a second harvest (birds got the first one when we were in England) - birds have had some, but plenty left for us, and so sweet, almost like toffee (unlike some I got in Spain, which were tasteless). Plus tomatoes and basil, which made a salad for lunch.
Gratefuls:
- that it's good to be home
- spoken to all three "kids", and that all OK with them
- a day with no driving, and with some walking
