Hilly Fields

A bit of an odd day but I made it through! So hot in our office we could barely breathe today!

Zoe came over for dinner and a catchup and I just don't know where this evening has disappeared to.

My Dad had another blood transfusion today which went well, a lovely friend also had a blood transfusion last week, definitely time to give blood or at least see if my veins will try to and not collapse around the needle as they do with bloodtests! OUCH! I read that the tip is to warm up first but then Zoe said this may mean I have high blood pressure, need to get some official advice about my veins and at least try.
