Back to the office today and a hot walk to Morrisons. Seemed the wildlife was taking a siesta as the most active thing I spotted worth photographing was a leaf. That said, seems Chipmonkey found a tern bird.

Cycled to karate tonight. M had said he might come but didn't. Cupcake taught Tekki Shodan tonight, a 'simple' kata that I just cannot get my head (or rather my arms) around.
