Dual Purpose?

      On the left - The reason for it.  Annabelle, annually, has an excursion across the Path;  passable in dry, Trouser wettable in rain.
       Jerra, having recently bought "1, 2, many" (Whereby hangs a tail, on primitive counting systems)  one too many "Fence" Sections suggested  the spare Panel as a possible cure.

      Does anybody else positively LOATH the resident spill Chucker?

       1. I Typed "~ ~ ~ ~ hangs a Tail"; I looked up to see
        "~ ~ ~ ~ hugs a Tale." 
        2. Was so STUPID/obscure I can't even remember it; it turned ONE intended word into TWO totally out of context words.
