Curls are back

Day three at Chez Parents and Dad was up at 6am working on paint repairs to my car while the temperature was cooler. Dad really is the best!

Enjoyed sharing my morning smoothie with mum in the garden and wished I could lounge in the shade with a book all day but the laptop beacons.

Today I put in a few hours work for a client with a last min request revisiting a project from a few weeks ago. This meant only a bit of time on air show prep.

Mum returned from the hairdresser happy with curls again after I hinted about getting layers back in. Looks lovely and back to how she used to style it.

This evening Mum and I watched a bit of the Celine Dion documentary so I could show her the bit where she visits her warehouse with all the costumes and shoes from her concerts over her career. It’s worth watching for the shoe comment alone… just brilliant.

Afterwards Dad and I watched another episode of Apple TV’s Masters of the Air. The aerial sequences are impressive, cast is great, soundtrack as you’d expect of a Spielberg produced show but… as Dad says it’s another story about “how the Americans saved the war” and a shame the role of the RAF isn’t featured.
