Sunset

I didn’t realize how unique this sunset was until I looked at the photo. Interesting.

The big activity of the day was meeting six friends for breakfast. We do it once a month. Sometimes there are fewer people, sometimes there are more. We always have a nice time. It was a pretty day, so I spent part of the afternoon enjoying my patio and watching the birds. That’s always relaxing. So is watching a baseball game. There’s very little stress when we win 11-3.

A prominent politician was pleased and proud that the local sandwich shop in a town he was visiting, had named a sandwich after him. He was somewhat less pleased when he found out that it was called “Mostly Baloney.“
