Fiery Palm

Today is Reno brother's birthday.  We will be the same age for exactly a week because he was born  less than a year before my first birthday. We're Irish twins. I had no idea what that term meant until a few years ago.

The blip for Abstract Thursday is a fun abstract version of the small palm in my front yard. The best identification for it that I've been able to find is that of a pygmy date palm. I figure it is about 4 feet/1.3 m tall.  Thanks to Ingeborg for her hosting of the challenge.
