Hot Air Balloons!

We stayed in Oudewater today. I took James and Debbie (Little Man's grandparents) to the local, weekly street market but some of the stalls that are normally here weren't. I think it was down to the weather. It rained pretty heavily last night (thunder storms) and has been raining on and off all day. We got something to drink before heading home.

Then this evening, my life group met for the first time. We had a barbecue and just hung out together, socialising. The kids were also invited so there were about 8 little people running about. It had rained just before we arrived so the group was a bit wet but that didn't stop the children playing outside. The older kids played in the pool, whilst the younger ones played with the little pond and some toys. It was a lovely evening.

Whilst we were there two hot air balloons came over the house and drifted down into a field nearby (which was just out of sight). Little Man found it incredibly exciting to watch them.
