Plumbed in, or not

I attempted to plumb in our washing machine first thing this morning and then took the spaniel off for a short walk (half an hour is his limit now). We went to Pilleth, site of the battle of Bryn Glas (1402) where Owain Glyndwr defeated Edmund Mortimer's army. Behind St Mary's church (which has a mass grave from the battlefield) lies this Holy Well which is said to heal diseases of the eyes. Stone cut steps lead down to enable full body immersion in the water. I got home to find that the utility room floor resembled the Holy Well. My earlier efforts at plumbing in had gone awry but I think I've fixed it now.
