Old one

I started a photo book about a year ago (still on my computer to finish), showing the changes we made to our house and garden over the last 30 years.  I revisited this picture showing No.1 around 3 years old - for some reason the previous owners were planning to dig a pond, but we quickly filled it in with rubble from the roof and building work?  

Slow day - Vicky (JC's Mum) came down and they all had a walk along the river with Quill (lovely dog).  I cried off and stayed at home to have a few minutes solitude and to get lunch ready. Just as well as I had a call from OH to get me to come and pick up No.1 as the walk was a bit ambitious and she was flagging.  Only 3 weeks post surgery so she still needs to take it a bit easy?  They left around 2.00 to go to Bucks as JC has surprise planned for this weekend.  No.1 is also meeting up with two very good uni friends but was a bit nervous in view of everything she has going on (or not going on) with speech and language.  However I told her that they are her best friends, who love her and won't make judgements but will just be supportive and understanding.  Sh*t times but still we move onwards.
