Jam

I sent JC's dad and sister home with a jar of jam yesterday and it got the 'thumbs up' and was well received.

Another slow day, starting with an hour in the garden early before it got too hot.  Phone conversations with all three siblings and tears and words of encouragement trying to make sense of everything.  A quick trip to town for food shopping (can't believe the cupboard is always empty?!) and hair colour to get rid of the grey while I wait for an appointment with the hairdresser.   

Hugs and hand holding and conversations that should never be had - all the while we wait?
