My Pot of Sunshine

This flower, can’t remember the name has flowered for months and is beautiful.

Ken was leaving today going back down to Cornwall before driving back to Rome. We met up at Nero for about an hour for some chat.

What amazes me , him being a Type 2 diabetic is the amount of sweet stuff he eats. On Thursday when we arrived back at the house he took his blood sugar with the blood prick to the finger and then into a machine he has and it was 14.2 and he just took a tablet! There is no managing it through diet. At almost 60 he is playing Russian roulette with his health.

Popped to Dobbies late afternoon as they have a sale on and needed a new pot - their ceramic ones are half price and got some tulip and daffodil bulbs.
