Still standing

Open day at Braughing station and a chance to revisit the glory days of the Buntingford line, closed in 1964. Much of the station still remains and it even has a railway carriage on a small section of rail. Also on show in the renovated signal box were 2 scale models of stations on the route (see extra photo). It was an N gauge for those who know about these things
