A Mint moth

Otherwise known as a Pyrausta purpuralis
 
Snapped with my baby camera this morning when we were getting up.   It was on the bedroom window so flash was employed, and cropped to the Nth degree.  It’s not a lot over a centimetre and a bit in size.
 
Mrs W couldn’t remember it’s name, but knew that it liked mint . . .   Well it is Saturday after all!
 
Mrs W’s new SOS alarm turned up this morning, so much of the day spent setting it up and trying it out.
