Amazing Swimmers

I started the day with a leg massage at the Quays. A newly qualified physio had a tent dockside and was doing massages. He was very good.

I had a great swim then for a pic of these two impressive swimmers. Graham swam the English Channel earlier this year and he’s just got back from New York where he completed the 20 bridges swim. He is an amazing swimmer.

Nicola did a Channel relay swim with two other girls and she’s just swum Windermere end to end. She is very proud of her gold hat she got on completion.

I went to Alison’s this evening for a bbq and all the family were there. Great fun.
