WI WS

A new WI started near me and I decided to join. It isn’t all jam and Jerusalem lol….and there are women of all ages there. We had a meeting on Thursday and a retired customs officer gave a very funny and interesting talk on things that happened during his career.

I gave a quick talk on Wild Swimming and said I would take anyone interested on a taster session. We arranged for this morning and five of us headed up to Redbrook. Two were complete newbies and two had done a couple of dips before. They absolutely loved it and want to go again. There are others who want to try too so it looks like I’ve started a group lol.
