Love Blippin’ Books 20

I’m going to Blip poems about summer for LBB20 as I said yesterday I haven’t been able to concentrate on reading a complete book.
This one is by Christina Rossetti (B1830 - D 1894)a favourite poet. She writes about many subjects, life, romance,  nature, land and sea, religion and many other subjects.
Squatbetty’s LBB prompt for this month is Summer and you can choose any book - fact, fiction, poetry whatever. You just need to write a short review about what you’re reading or have read.

Today started off rainy but it cleared later and we had lovely sunshine.
I spent most of the day doing some art and we had a visit from Eddie the sign writer who is an excellent artist and most narrow boats we see round here and beyond have his beautiful art work on the sides. 

We were going to watch the rest of the film we got halfway through last night - The Beautiful Fantastic but iPlayer must have taken it off! Now we won’t know the ending :-(
