What a scorcher!

Glad we made an early start and arrived in Whitstable in time for breakfast! Had a great time there and it was nice getting the breeze from the sea. They had a emergency services open day, the poor guys/gals in uniform must have been hot! Didn't have oysters but enjoyed a crab sandwich. Went to the hotel, nr maidstone, through little "c" roads which were pretty. Wonderful meal in the evening. Day one a success!
