A Trip To The Coast

Off to North Shields this morning to see friends followed by a picnic sitting on a bench at Tynemouth.  It was not very warm.

My photo shows the boats at Tynemouth Sailing Club.  Surprised to see all the covers on the boats being shades of blue or white although I think I can spot a one with a red cover on it.  

My extra shows people on the beach having lunch at Riley's Fish Shack.  I hope they had blankets to cover them.  However, I did notice someone swimming in the sea so maybe it was just me who felt the cold.
