Birthday boy

Summer holiday 2024 day 4

A relatively early start for the birthday boy this morning, up and about before 10 o'clock. There was Happy Birthday, and breakfast, and cards, and presents, including this monstrosity {joke} that Aaron was very pleased with, and of course cake. All in all he seemed pretty pleased with his haul.

After the morning's excitement it was an Owen and Daddy day* over at Telford Town Park that basically involved me standing around with a coffee while Spiderman Owen ran around in the bushes, climbed all over everything, went down the rocket slide, before we had a stroll through the gardens.

Then it was back home for Aaron's birthday choice of takeaway (Domino's, McDonald's, and Burger King) watching Spiderman: Across the Spiderverse.
