These rickety hurdles featured today; lovingly looked after and kept upright just to be ploughed through by those whose legs just don't go that high, but who try anyway.

One of my favourite days of the year and an amazing one today with five school records broken, great participation from the Y7s and some thrilling finishes. And all in 25+ degrees. I should have stayed at my post as I have managed to get sunburnt arms even though I was supposed to be scoring in the caravan. It was just too tempting not to be out there with them.
