Cast off

My cardigan was put on hold while I finished the dinosaurs. The men went to the cinema so I had the house and the TV to myself.  I cast the YouTube video for the sewn cast off to the main TV and watched it several times.  There's no commentary as the designer is Russian.  I wrote down what she was doing and then tried it myself after putting in a lifeline.  I think it has worked.  I'm not sure if it is any neater than a traditional cast off method but it is supposed to be stretchy. 
Booked another day off so I can do the painting class again in early September. Also tried to book train tickets for a one day work conference in Brighton.  After looking at the journey times,  number of changes and the fact that you can't reserve seats on any leg of the journey, I'm thinking of changing my attendance from in person to virtual. A train at 6.30 am to get there and arriving at my home station after 8.30 pm sounds like a hideous day.
