Russian Sage - Lacy Blue - Perovskia atriplicifoli

15°C  -  15 mph WSW Wind Speed  -  37 mph Gusts  -  Cloudy  -  Sunny Spells  -  Intermittent Drizzle.  The sun came out for a few seconds while I strolled the garden.  The Russian Sage looked great surrounded by Lilies, Clematis, Feverfew and a few others  -  not a particularly decent shot, but then the drizzle set in so I scarpered indoors.
