A plane load of love

This plane today took a lot of children- sick / underprivileged on an amazing trip through the length of our country. Koru care is an amazing charity that sends sick / terminal children somewhere like Disneyland. Today the charity took these kids who could not cope with a long haul flight. The weather did not co operate so they missed seeing a lot of places, but I’m sure they will have lovely memories.
The plane is the Dreamliner ( Boeing 787). It is made from composite materials which makes it lighter than usual. It uses 20% less fuel travelling. Also uses a better mix of air which apparently creates less jet lag and travel fatigue. My grandson and I enjoyed seeing it up close. It normally flies NZ- USA long haul.
