Sunflowers

Hannah gave me these when she arrived, yesterday. They're so big I had to root around for a vase to take their weight. 

She was up in Penrith with work today, while Dan went down for a job interview in London. I opted to work from home, mainly so I get my legs comfy after yesterday's run, although they were fine in the end. 

Nothing more to report other a nice meal at The Royal with Hannah and Abi in the evening.
