Sunshine in Ely

Backblip.

Needed to collect a book I’d ordered and pick up a few groceries for the weekend so took a little detour to a happy place :)

Then spent a couple of hours regretting taking the gravel path as my broken foot complained and throbbed and fizzed!

Despite the best efforts of myself and my physiotherapist, we just cannot seem to make my brain recognise the pain/discomfort until I’ve stopped whatever activity is aggravating!
