It is Tuesday

As an exception to the usual, this is very special as it is the rarest seabird and half of the world population breeds on islands just off the Pembrokeshire coast, Wales.

It was quite extraordinary for me and I have never seen such an awesome sight of Manx Shearwaters before. Others that I have seen have been the island of Rum. NW Scotland. And this photo shows the dark topside and the white underside. Known as shearwater as it flies just above the water surface.

And it is only fitting that I should celebrate by telling you that in Welsh it is known as Aderyn Drycin Manaw
