"Just sitting on the fence"

Aqua fit today, my arthritis and fibro really aren't settling, but its important that I get the exercise. Today was gloriously hot but its hard to get anything done as it makes you soo hot and tired. Not complaining as I know it will be such a boost to most people. I did notice that the lake by the baths was at an all time low and was amazed to see such a lot of Koi carp and other big fish swimming around in there.

The cat was watching the birds and bats !!!
