Changing Colours

A trip down to Pilates this morning was eventful. Richard came but couldn’t get back up on his feet at the end. In the process he scraped the back of his hand. His skin is so thin it just peeled back. Once home I got his special dressings to allow it to heal. We also had a conversation and decided he was better trying to focus on his Physiotherapy to strengthen his neck and shoulders.

Whilst he went to dialysis I headed out to pick Blackberries. Up in the community park a new track for bikes, scooters and skateboards is being constructed. The woodland that has been planted in the last few years has some wonderful berries and the leaves are on the turn too.
