Hosta Abstract

Not a great start to the day, in weather terms.  Persistent drizzle first thing, leading to some sharp showers as morning turned into afternoon.  It was late in the day before the sunshine became more persistent.

I went out with the camera at that time and played around with the macro lens.  I quite liked this abstract, looking down at a flower spike of one of our hostas.  The flower buds look almost metallic with the light reflections.
