This jug is always exactly in this position on the mantelpiece . Ella, who helps clean this house , refreshes the flowers every Tuesday .
Thus has been our week at Doune - its the first time we have had an overnight carer in the house and Jay did most of the day support. Sheila loved having Winnie sleeping here and seemed to have had more restful sleep .
