Sea therapy

This was a walk this morning..
N in bed,  Im not myself for sure...
Today R has a legal thing going on with one of the staff assualts on her in hospital. So shw had to obtain her notes.. Im beyond shocked at what they have written about her, Unwell after a dreadful assault and  in hospital,  she has had v bad night not surprised.  Hoping this dip will soon sort.. 
N and I pottered after I got back from my beautiful fix.. It has a cafe and nothing else. The pier is another coastal town when we went out together this afternoon..
