Saw this card for the men in my house!!
Lovely beach run with the club tonight thw obligatory Nurofen! still waiting on Mri spinal referral appt.
N walked with the rehab group qhich was good..
Lovely warm sunny evening making the most.. 6am v dark compared  to what I have been use to... hate it when that light changes..
