A day in the garden
Not a bad day today - we had a u3a Garden Group outing this afternoon to An Cala, a garden on the Isle of Seil. Various jobs around and about the house and garden this morning, then Mrs M gave me and a friend a lift down to the Corran Halls where we'd arranged to be picked up by a couple of u3a members, and drove down to Seil.
There were seven of us - just two men! - and we spent a couple of hours wandering around having a look at the many plants in flower. I popped in to see the owner, Sheila, and then brought the rest of the group over to say hello. My extra is of a couple of lambs beside the waterfall.
After the visit we drove down to the village, Ellenabeich, and had a quick afternoon tea, though i had hot chocolate. A good afternoon out!
