Banged To Rights

Kate & Sophie came over this morning to join us for a Bank Holiday swim at the outdoor pool. At one point proceedings were interrupted by an announcement over the tannoy to tell me, Chris and our fellow Yeovil fan Howard to stop standing around at the shallow end talking football and actually do some swimming.

The announcement was greeted by ironic cheers from the rest of the pool - we were banged to rights; the pool manager Dave knows us too well!

This afternoon we were down at Huish Park for the game against Rochdale. It was a close game but the long trip to and from Gateshead 48 hours earlier seemed to take its toll on us and we tired noticeably as the game went on. Just as it looked like we were going to hang on for a well deserved draw they scored with a cracking shot just as the game went into added time, too late for us to come back.
