Drying oot

I think I should have just not tried to do anything useful today.

First I somehow managed to knock myself while pouring the the double batch of soap I made for my new mould - it went all over the counter, the floor, up the cupboards and between the mould and the wooden lining, pretty much everywhere but where it was supposed to be. 

I unloaded the wet gazebo (and car full of stock) to dry out, it kept raining so ended up bringing it indoors only to whack my backside on the door handle (big bruise developing nicely) and lose my shoe, getting a very wet foot. 

My day continued full of mishaps until about mid afternoon when I called it quits and had myself a nice bath and tried to convince myself I'd had the day off as I'd originally hoped. 

On the plus side I packaged up and finished off all the candles and tea lights ready for Simba to collect in the morning.
