Finally...

Another day of mishaps - none of them were actually my fault though so an improvement on yesterday I guess, lol.

I did manage a large batch of soap without spilling the raw batter everywhere (Bergamot, Lemon and Rosemary with ground olive stone) - hurrah!

I also met up with Susan from Echo Beach Designs at The Sun Inn in Dalkeith for some lunch and to collect a load of painted candle jars that are ready for me to fill. Always lovely to see her and talk through some ideas. The food wasn't bad either - a chicken caesar salad with fries and sticky toffee pudding for me. 
Unsurprisingly, I passed on dinner this evening, still stuffed.
