Puzzle box

As puzzles go, this is not a tough one. Once you find the key piece shown in the main it's simple. I keep something in this box - I heard it rattle - but I can't remember what and I forgot to look, being focussed on the blip. The done-up version is in the extra.

Things I like about wood appear in this box. I like the colour variation, the grain and the way a finish can make it glow. However, as a resource, it might not be as renewable as we think. The odd trinket box doesn't matter but destruction of forests does.
