DRIVING MISS DAISY

Well the decorators turned up at 8 am promptly, as usual.  They worked really hard for about 3 hours but had to abandon in the end due to the weather.  Considering the weather challenges they have done so much of the outside of the bungalow that it's amazing.  They don't have much left to do, it's just really some final coats now and the balcony painting completed.  You've got to feel sorry for them, this year has been very hard for them work-wise, but they bumble on and time manage so well.  I would  have no hesitation in recommending them, but they do get booked up quite far in advance. 

Other than that, hubby popped into town to post some parcels and get a few bits and bobs otherwise not much else done.  The weather just doesn't make you conducive to wanting to do anything!!
