A thermogram! ( red - hot; blues - cold)

Spent most of the day in Eureka - a 'museum' for children - pull the knob press the button, stretch, etc etc.  So much for little ones to do.  I'm not sure that any of the principles of Physics, medicine etc really register with the children - at least not when it's that full.  The noise levels were high!!!

We had lunch - the kids with a lunch box:
Choose your box
Choose a fruit
Choose a packet of crisps
Choose a packet of Haribo sweets or a cookie
A small bottle of water
and a sandwich. (from the lady behind the counter!)

For the adults it was baked potatoes and they came within a few mins and were really good!  With a bit of mixed salad.

Later it was time to go to the shop!  I bought a magnet!  To get them out it was ice-cream eaten under a big tent as it had started to rain.  Then home where I made my own version of spag bol:
onion, shallot, stick celery, carrot, garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, mince beef, tin tomatoes, some water with a stock cube.  penne pasta.  I was delighted that 7yo ate some after saying she didn't like penne or bol sauce!!!

What is the difference between pasta and noodles?

Kids home and kitchen back to normal.  A good day!
