My new orchid in full flower

I've been enjoying growing orchids for several years, and I've learnt a great deal about how to look after them. Recently I felt like getting a different form and bought this plant which had two flower stems which are about two and half feet long.

When I bought them only half of the flowers were open, and now they have all bloomed, so I thought it was time to blip a couple of their flowers. The lower flower is the initial one on the first stem, so may have been flowering for a couple of months already.
