Garden: Ichneumonid Under Fennel

Gawd, this wasp didn't make getting photos easy...
It was sweltering out in the garden in the middle of the day, and this Ichneumonid wasp kept flitting about on and under leaves, and took off as soon as it reached sunny spots...
