A-Maze-ing Grass

I came across this very tall grass as we took our granddaughter (Freya) to hand her over to her father. He was picking her brother (Arthur) from a holiday club, and next door is a pirate ship play area, where Freya and Nana went, and a maze.  We had never seen or been in the maze, but I 'discovered ' it as I walked around with the dog.

I believe the grass is Miscanthus giganteus or Chinese Silver Grass, and this is the sole constituent of the maze. Inside the paths are about a yard wide.  If anyone can confirm what species it is, that would be kind.
