Back to Parkrun this morning where one runner was celebrating his 100th Parkrun  and another her 100th time as a volunteer.  There were iced biscuits to mark the occasion.  

Today was a big day for T - he is part of the community cast for Dido and Aeneas  which opened today at the theatre. It seemed to go well - I will be going next week and having listened to him practice I reckon I'll be able to join in.
