Not a Perfect Pie.

After a few goes managed to upload my photo on to Blip from the iPad.

We are off to the Pudsey’s barbecue this lunchtime.
Not good weather I’m afraid. Not quite raining...yet.

Chris had to cancel it in July as she had a cataract op. However, bless her, she has reorganised it for today.
We all take something, either savoury of sweet.
So decided to make a blackberry and apple pie. MrC’s favourite.
Typically a tiny amount of juice oozed out at one side!
The pie dish I always make them in is MrC’s old scout plate.
Used by his mum and passed on to me.
Nothing I have bought since makes pies as good.

So fingers crossed for the weather, but think we will all be inside.
