...the Cosmos in the garden seem to have a resident bumblebee.  They must be the best source of nectar at the moment.

17ºC and grey yesterday, 25ºC sunny and so humid today.  This weather is so changeable!

I finished the strimming.  MrHCB raked up all the "hay" he mowed yesterday in order to "impoverish" the soil on the lawn to encourage the wild flowers and discourage the grass.

We had an hour and a half off to sit in the garden and listen to the Italian Grand Prix.  It's wonderful to hear the enthusiasm of the tifosi for the Ferrari winner :-)
