Yesterday our house dreams were shattered derailed! However after a bit more discussion we might be back on track. The reported subsidence was not as serious as we thought. We chatted to our possible new neighbours, (who gave us some reports from their purchase 2 years ago) we spoke to our insurance company and an expert. We have requested the full report but it may not be such as issue as we originally thought. For now we wait and…
