Pendant?

I can't remember what this piece of Yew started out as - but it wasn't a pendant.
Time at the lathe today ended up with 3 wee boxes and finishing the 2 bowls.
The bowls and the first box (lid) are made from the Larch tree I took down - the rest of the pieces were off-cuts laminated pine work tops from a neighbour.

SWMBO phoned her cousin (the one who was in New York the other day when she phoned) and we will be driving down to his house and staying there the day before we fly to France next month and the night we come back. The car will be left in his drive so there will be no airport car parking fees.

I call this a successful day - even better that Max didn't make podium in the Grand Prix.
